Report the Calls to the real IRS here:
•report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
Hi, recently got a call from this number, couldn't understand his name, he had a thick Indian Accent. Anyways was called back by 1-213-928-2652, and it was the same man. He said in the 1st call that he was from the department of legal affairs, and then he didnt say in the 2nd call. Thanks for letting me know that this is probably a scam, as I haven't recieved any mail yet.
I received a call from a Steve Martin saying he would help us with the internal revenue or we would be brought up in front of a federal judge or grand jury on criminal charges. He called from 760-298-3949 and told me to call 661-695-7835. They have called three times and I don't pick up the phone
