THIS COULD BE ANYONE (MAYBE FRIEND OR FAMILY) CALLING YOU USING SKYPE.
Skype is a program people can run on their computers/cell phones/tablets. Anyone can use Skype to make a call and the default number showing from the caller ID is going to be in the 661 area code. It could be 661-380-3000 or 661-748-0245 or some other number. It all depends upon which computer it goes through at Skype's facilities to route it into the physical telephone system.
People use Skype on their cell phones to avoid spending their up minutes. People use Skype on their computers for use with headsets. So this could be anyone from Aunt Martha to Joe's autosales and it could be a different person each time your phone rings. Answer it and you'll know who it is! If it is abusive, send an email to
