This number calls at all hours

Yeah it's wired it's says no route found after I try and call back again what is it it picked up heard breathing then hung up mostly losses connection with it...

This number called me at 10 am and said he was jacking off to my picture and started saying dity comments. Really kind of scary

Called back and recorded message said "no routes found"
