I just got the same email and the same attachment. Kinda freaked me out. I opened the attachment.  Same person as noted on the other posts.

If you opened the attachment and your computer is a Windows-based machine, there's a very good chance you have allowed your computer to be infected with malware of some kind.

I hope you have antivirus software installed and UP TO DATE, and that you will run a full, deep virus scan right away. Even that can't be 100% successful, as some malware actually has the ability to deactivate certain types of antivirus software.
