Two things I love about the fake email you got (a) "The Bureau of Defaulters". I believe they're in an old VW bus in the parking lot. (b) "..then you have to breathe entire cost of this lawsuit".- - Wouldn't 'Vick's' do a better job? You know, smear a little on the chest. Plus they list an amount. Seems to me that would be up to the Judge, once they stopped laughing. Proving once again that foreign 3rd world criminals just cannot learn US Law in a barroom in downtown Mumbai. As for their quotes of law, they would be better off quoting the 'Acts' of "A midsummer night's dream'.
Just got the same exact email as posted above, got pretty freaked out and pulled up number, now I feel much better and thank gosh there are sites like this for us to let each other know about the fraud out there
I literally just received the same email today 5/18/2015.. This crazy. Thinking back I got one from another company saying the same thing and I called the number. No one spoke any clear English at all. They said that they were going to come and take my home, garnish my wages, freeze my bank accounts for something that I didn't even know about. They were very rude and everything.
