Caller ID said "Out of Area". I answered the call. Turned out to be another solar power company salesman from a company he called "CSS". He said he has technicians in my area who could help me reduce my electric bill. I hung up on him and added this number to my call blocker.

Many calls from this # - I never answer calls that I don't recognize. I have a do not call #.
