I got a call from this number only they were wanting to lower my interest rates on Visa. When I asked who issued the card boy did I get the double talk. I told him he didn't know what he was doing, apparently in the US illegitimately and to go back to wherever he came from. I called him a hacker.
Got call @ 10:30am, don't know anyone in Maryland and white pages on phone flagged as scam so didn't answer. Proceeded to add to reject list... System works.. :)
