Who called from 6673070183

Just received a call from this number it was a recorded voice saying that I was running out of time to lower the interest rate on my credit card and I needed to act now... Problem #1: I am 21 and do not have a credit card. Problem #2: The recording also said it was a call from account services but not the company that the account services actually serviced.

Called my cell phone but did not leave message.  Only shows up as 667-307-0183 with no name.

Can I block or is it not politically correct  to selectively  choose  who can make my phone  ring?

Received a call from this number on my cell phone. Didn't answer it. Now blocked!
