I get so many of these calls that I don't answer if I don't recognize the number. I just Google it and it usually leads me here. A bit of advice: if you do answer it, don't argue with these people, just hang up immediately. Pressing "1" or calling back just lets them know they've found an active number and they'll not only keep calling, but sell the numbers to other scam artists.
***BEWARE*** Automated call about lowering my credit card interest rate, but I don't have ANY credit cards. I selected "1" to speak with a representative and asked the man with a foreign accent why I was receiving a call about my credit card when I don't have any and he mumbled an apology of some sort and hung up on me. I called the number back and got an automated message saying if I wanted to press "1" if I'd like to be placed on the company's Do Not Call List. I waited to see if it would connect me to a person but it just repeated the message again so I pressed "1" hoping I won't get a call again.
