A robocall from credit card services to lower your interest rates. A search shows this number to be a land line from California, but is an invalid number. Could be spoofed.
Caller did not choose the option to bypass my phone call blocker so I don't know what they wanted. Presumably a robocall. Whoever these people are, they are using multiple numbers probably spoofed. I keep blocking them but they just call again using a different number.
