Caller ID states the # is from California. I answered and "Dave introduced himself quickly stating that he could offer to lower my interest rates on my credit card since I've consistantly paid it for the last 6 months on time. Knowing that this was a scam or something...I asked which credit card of mine was he calling from? He said again repeated his intro to me. I asked again, this time he said that they work with Chase, Capital One, etc. I said, OH! so your company is not directly one of my credit cards and asked what is the address of his company. He told me it was Orlando, FL. I asked for the street address. GET THIS, he said he couldn't give me that info and I would have to speak to a supervisor. REALLY, LOL !! Oh, I'm gonna have fun with this one... Mr. "Brad Allen" with an India accent came on the phone after a 2 min wait, again gave me the intro line about reducing my interest rate on my credit card. Again I asked for a street address. AGAIN he said he couldn't give that to me, only the financial manager could. I asked to speak to one. He then told me that they can not give out their street address to their home office in Orlando, FL until I qualified to open a 6.99% interest loan with them. Which meant I would be giving them my personal and financial info that could open me up to credit fraud. He did say that after I was qualified that a financial manager would then mail me all of their contact info. I told them that we could not do business, because I couldn't confirm that they were a U.S. company. I really feel bad for these India people who think they work for a legitimate company.
