Home internet network is also slow. Good thing my dad talked to the FBI and some other people about the culprit. Someone needs to start looking over her shoulder.
This was first a recorded message about lowering credit card rates and then I was abruptly connected to a rude woman who gave me some info about the offer but then went on a crazy tangent about her upcoming wedding and how her man is several years younger than her. Couldn't believe it or take it, so I calmly told her to go bother her boy-toy fiancé and stop calling me before hanging up.
