they left me 2 voicemails sayin they need me or an attorney to call them back because they had a fraud case filed against me. first of all, they didnt say who they were looking for. and second of all. just for [***] and giggles. i called the number back. it rang amd rang and rang.
I got a similar message. They never said who they were and told me there was a "judgement" against my name. I should have my attorney or myself call them back. It's a SCAM! Don't fall for it.

They called my phone several times looking for my husband. Stating he got a payday loan online and he gave false bank information to repay the loan. I ask what bank...who gave the loan...when was it done...is there an id on file or a phone call when this loan was processed. The person on the other end got so upset and refuse to answer my questions. I called back they gave me a bank information that's based out of California. Never had any connections with this bank. I stated I would call back later in the evening to make a payment on my husband behave once i fo my research. He then told me they will just see me in court because I am disputing it.
They had a lot of personal information. A lot of it was very old information but they had ssn, birthdate, old addresses and old phone numbers. I wouldn't verify anything.
Definitely scammers
