I got a call today and she left a message about a fraud case against me. I called back and they said I go to jail if not pay. I'm really scared they said a lot of things about me.
I got call from this number literally 5 min ago. I never answer numbers not recognized. The lady left a msg stating her name and that she was from the fraud division. She said i have an empending case against me and that i or my lawyer needs to reach her today. I call back...blocked my number. No answer. A machine with no personal msg. I call BS
I received a call from this number at 10:17 am on 4/15/16. Caller ID says "Fraud Investigations" 1-678-267-1516. The message left said Elizabeth Layvire (not sure of the spelling, but that's what it sounded like has a case on her desk and needs to hear from me or my lawyer today at the above number. There was no indication as to WHO the message was intended for, or WHAT it was in reference to. This seems like a scam to get personal information using scare tactics. I call BS too.
This Elizabeth lady just called me left a message her voice sounded muffled like she was on speaker or something. These type of companies call my phone quite often and its always BS about fraud no company info is every given or anything
Received a call from this number about 11:22am 4/15/2016. The person's name is Elizabeth something. Anyway, I called back and she answered. I asked what is this in reference to and she said a case filed against you. I said, well what case and do you have documentation that can be faxed, emailed, or mailed to me? She said no, I'm telling you now(with attitude). I said, ok, well, since you can't provide me with the requested info, this call is over, and I hung up.
