I got a call today and she left a message about a fraud case against me. I called back and they said I go to jail if not pay. I'm really scared they said a lot of things about me.
I received 50 total calls from 678-267-1516 Elizabeth Waymier and Nathan Fitzgerald at 678-257-7243 stating that they were from a fraud division and that I owe $1,779 in a past due pay day loan in 2013, I told them I didn't pull out a payday loan and that I didn't bank with Citibank since 2009, then they asked for my information and threaten me with fraud and malicious intention to commit fraud. Well I got scared and said they would settle for $979 and the fraud case will be dropped against me and that a warrant will not be issued for my arrest. They knew some of my information and it made it hard not to believe so I told them I couldn't pay the full amount and Nathan Said he could set up a payment plan and I could pay $350 on 04/21/16 and then on May 20th and June 20th I could pay the remaining amounts that was $580 , well I agreed and the only way they can take payment was through a checking account and they needed a routing and the checking account number, So then Nathan Fitzgerald then transferred me to Ashley (the payment processor) would need my email address so she can send me a link where I can put all my bank information to process the payment. I sent the info and I forgot one number in my checking account and the payment was denied from Stateside billing 5800 Beach Blvd Ste 203-160, Jacksonville Florida 32257, #866-278-4367. Today Saturday April 23rd I received a call from David Scotts (with a bad foregin accent) #'s(876-429-8882, 559-415-8516,678-257-7243)and also called from a restricted and unkown number. He stated that my payment didn't go through and that Nathan Fitzgerald, Elizabeth Waymier and Stateside Billing gave him all my information due to the denied payment and that he was takening over the fraud case and that a warrant would be issued for my arrest if I didn't pay the $350 today and that criminal charges and a felony to commit fraud would be dropped. So again I was scared and got online to send the $350 payment ASAP the payment went through and the money was picked up within a hour. I thought, okay I'm in the clear and being a single parent I felt relieved. Well 15 minutes later while I was driving to family gathering and David Scotts called me again and I didn't answer, he left a voicemail stating I need to call him back ASAP. I didn't call back after receiving 250 calls from all numbers given above within 2 hours and leaving a really rude and threatening message stating I need to pay another $350 for attorney and ligation fees. So after the 250th call I answered and he was harassing and threaten me with felony charges to commit fraud and that I need to pay the $350 within 15 minutes. I told him I would not send that money, David Scotts replied so your not going to agreeing to my demands so the sheriffs will at my residence within a hour to arrest me for a outstanding warrant. I got scammed for $350 and I'm pissed, but I was scared for my boys. Mistakes teach us what we need to learn, " Well I learned TODAY!!" I called the local police department and Informed them of all the calls,vm and texts he also checked if I had outstanding warrant and he told me No and that it was a scam and to not give them any information and to block them through cell company. DON'T ANSWER THE NUMBERS LISTED ABOVE. its a SCAM!!!!!
