Was informed i had a payday loan qhich i had auppoaedly received may of 2013. I failed to repay said payday loan which i have never in my life attempted to receive. She (Mrs. Williams) stated she already sent my file ti local district attorney so they could start the process of filing charges against me as per federal and oklahoma state law. She passed me off to an investigator who questioned if i had a criminal background and then informed me that i did. The informed me they had a photo of me and told me exactly what i looked like going as far as saying i had chubby cheeks. The provided my home address even tho there is no mailing address at my residencse as the house is still under construction. They informed me that with my criminal background i would never atand a chance in court because the federal government finds everyone that has any history of being arrested even once guilty since my background proves im dishonest at heart. When i informed them that they can not speak to people in such a way and my wife told them that our attorney said we didnt have to answ r any questions pertaining to anything except the case at hand they said they didnt care about my 2 bit crook attorney. They do thia every day and it wouldnt matter if i had a whole team of attorneyss the fact was the same. I would be going to federal prison for a very very long time. .When i asked for their profeasionallicense numbers they got verbally agressive and crude saying whoever was having me ask questions of such stupidity i ahould know they are just making my time in prison be that much harder. Also if i were to go to prison my next of kin would be accountable for repaying this loan in full plus any fees accumulated in proving the validity of such loan or they as well qould be sent to prison.had

Contact your state attorney general. Everything you were told is a LIE (and illegal under the FDCPA).
This is extortion. They are hoping to scare you.
If they call back, DEMAND a WRITTEN document containing their company name & address, original creditor information, dates, amounts, etc. and have it MAILED to you. They then have FIVE days to comply. Expect plenty if excuses and possibly more illegal threats. Nothing in writing that is mailed = SCAM!
I already demanded written proof which they say i will receive in the mail in a matter of days. But thanks on the attorney general tip. I will do that immediately.
