Received similar call telling me refusal to contact them would result in a court filing and posting in the paper. And that refusal denies me legal counsel. They never said what company they were calling from or what the debt was about nor did they call my name.
after 2 months of these ridiculous calls i finally pressed one to speak to somebody. Greeted them with "norfolk police dept, homicide". Said he had the wrong # an immediately hung up. hopefully that puts an end to this crap!
Same lady that has called me from two different states. Same BS vm left. No name to whom they are calling for, no name of person calling and no company name. Same old threats. This gets old and I am fed up with it.
Threatening call stating this is the final attempt to or my case is going to be filed in the state, never said my name and said if I don't call this is a refusal to pay a debt. Wished me luck! So sick of this.
