Monday April 4 2016 -- Caller identified me by name and said he had a buyer very interested in our home. I told him that I found that most interesting since it is not for sale. He hung up.
Same thing. What this person is doing is fishing for people. He will sell the numbers that are answered by actual live people. He doesn't need a response just to know that someone lives there. If you confirm that you are the owner or person that lives there it is more money for him.
Called my cell phone number but I didn't answer; left no message. Same number immediately called my home number; again no message. Not sure how they have both my cell and home number. Caller ID only said "North Richland Hills TX"
A man called me on two different phone lines (one of which I have NO IDEA how it was linked to me) today from this number and he knew my first and last name as well as my full address. He said he was with a realty company and had a potential buyer for my house. Very odd since I had already sold that property last year.
