Monday April 4 2016 -- Caller identified me by name and said he had a buyer very interested in our home. I told him that I found that most interesting since it is not for sale. He hung up.
This same number called today asking if I was moving, told him no and he hung up. He knew my name as well and I have no idea how he got my cell phone number.
Same annoying likes that here; be careful with this scammer since they seem to know people's names and street address.
If they call more, I would ask their name and company name and tell them I would report to police

Called my cell number, identified me by my first name, asked if I planned to sell home in next six to twelve months as he had potential buyers. I suspect this is someone affiliated with the Tarrant County Appraisal District and not a realtor. An actual realtor would identify their place of business and ask for further leads, leave a contact number, etc.
