I called the number and it was busy so I called again and a woman's voice said your call can not be completed as dialed, please check the number you have dialed 045P. I called again and it was a mans voice said the same thing and ended with 089P.
Received a phone call from them as well. Only, mine was just a recording saying the I.R.S. was filling a lawsuit against me and that I should call a number they gave. Sorry, I hung up on them without thinking I should take down the number so I can use it against them some how. Glad this site is here to guide those of use who have little sense.
I also got a call from this Number. The recording said, " this is the IRS and they where filling a lawsuit against me." I called my tax office and they noted. I would not get a call from the IRS. but a letter in the mail that I was being odded and they would also get one. They also said there is a scam going around. Please be careful. And I should go the the PD. with the number they left on my answering machine.
bogus IRS call , re surfaced by another scammer . Old one is tracked , investigated by FBI and behind bars for 15 + years . Let see how long this goes before fbi get him again !
