Keeps calling at all hours about my computer. Hang up when I tell them to remove my number and not call again

Never answer in any way to begin with if you can. Don't bother telling them not to call again. It'll anger you more than help with these guys. That doesn't exist in scammers' language.

This is an overseas scam. Consider the option of a call blocker.
