Good for you, reporting this to the FTC! I received the same call. Told the man on the other end, I wouldn't let anyone in my house at 10:45 just because they said they were from Windows, not about to let them into my computer to hack it. I hung up. I too will report this number to the FTC.
Those damn Indians(from the country India) are flooding my phone line with their stupid robo calls. Someone must do something about it. It's rampant. Told them do not call again they got into an argument why I don't need their [***] support. They call back from different numbers too. This is one of those numbers. I've been on national do not call list for over 10 years. Blocked that number still got calls. If I meet these scumbags I'll beat the crap out of them!
