Same thing.  The caller id says unidentified.  The area code is for northern Virginia.

Boy, I've typed this 3 times today.  This is not a valid North American phone number.  The 2nd. three numbers (the exchange or prefix) cannot begin with a 1.  The number is spoofed and therefore a SCAM.  Block it.  If you call back, you'll get "we're sorry, the number cannot be completed as dialed.

Both 3-digit numbers can't be less than 200 or end with 11.
