My phone showed "United States", which gave me a laugh and made me suspect a politcal call. But, yeah, bogus number, no message left. Blocked.
P.S. No reason the phone companies can't auto-block calls with invalid caller ID numbers like this.
This is a fraudulent phony number that they just typed into their robo-caller, adding to the extreme level of telephone terrorism during this election season. Another one for the call blocker, but expect the number to be different from these mad dogs by tomorrow. The best way to stop all of these scam calls is to lock up all of the Verizon executives who rent them the numbers, thus facilitating and encouraging the frauds and scams, then lock up all of the perps (who are well known to the telco).
