I had thought that maybe in the aftermath of the Tucson shooting Saturday, they might not have the nerve to continue soliciting support their misguided missive - that they'd at least take a respectful break from the relentless pursuit of such absurdity.
Call Number back, after hours. You will get a recording. Listen to the menu options and press #1
Then It will give you the option to be removed from the list -press #3
I called the # back, pressed #1 to listen to the message, and then pressed #3, the recording said they will try to remove my # from their list in a"couple of days", but are allowed 30 days by fed law. We'll see how it works.
Was receiving calls from the NRA (it actually said "NRA" on the Caller ID) for weeks leading up to the election. I had assumed that they would end as soon as the election was over, but then for the past few days, this call from "Triangle, VA" kept coming up. I finally got curious/tired of it, so I checked it out here to find that it's those idiots again.
Thanks for the tip to call the number back and use the automated system to remove my number from their list!
I get calls from almost every poliece association, Military vets, fire auxelerie I think that one was. Not to mention the cancer, ms, md, cf, cp, and any other charity out there. One man told me chairitys are exempt from the dncl when I asked to be taken off. I'm disabled and even if i werent who can donate these days? Now a gun advocate agency can solicit under charity organization? I can't even own a gun because of my illens! I know most people are crazier then me so I deffaniatly don't want them with guns.
