Got a call from 703-291-9034, apparently IC systems (which is collections, after I googled it) asking to confirm my address and last 4 of social prior to them answering any question I had as to why this person was calling me. I told them, "no I don't confirm the address you just said and I don't give you permission to mail me anything" the caller raised his voice (obviously frustrated) at me and said he was disconnecting me and hung up. Do these people really think this works?
This number has been calling me all day today. I do not have sprint and haven't for about 10 years. My bill was paid to them many years ago.. i owe them nothing.... so why are they calling me now? I have answered but I don't get nobody...
Two months ago, I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile. I waited for sprint to send my last bill, which I then forwarded to t-mobile, as they have a program that pays off your former carrier's final bill. Sprint is still bugging me about this, as tmobile has settled it. Pathetic. I would NEVER go back to sprint and am very happy with tmobile.
