Got a call from 703-291-9034, apparently IC systems (which is collections, after I googled it) asking to confirm my address and last 4 of social prior to them answering any question I had as to why this person was calling me. I told them, "no I don't confirm the address you just said and I don't give you permission to mail me anything" the caller raised his voice (obviously frustrated) at me and said he was disconnecting me and hung up. Do these people really think this works?
They overcharged me for data, i kept asking can u bring my bill down?? Numerous times, they said ,no, when i left company they offered to lower bill by half, smh, i refused,was pissed!!!! Moved on to lower bill!! Telling other family members to leave also,hiway robbery!!!!
Number is a collection agency for sprint. I switched from sprint to Verizon. When I called to get my account number prior to switching, I was told that I would be a $50 credit on my next bill for being a long-time customer. Credit never appeared. Sprint provided me a final bill "stated as final bill and that there were no further charges." Following the month I was final billed, sprint billed me $150 for a range extender they had provided. They never asked for the range extender back when I cancelled. Because I don't get sprint bills in the mail, I was unaware they had billed me. Why would anyone have any reason to check their former cell phone carriers website to see if you have amounts due if you received a final bill??
Once I found out that sprint had turned my account to collections (without notifying me which I believe is a violation), I called customer service. The first call was answered in the Philippines and they were not useful. I called another sprint number and that number is answered in the US. The person I spoke to was very helpful (don't know why he is still at sprint) and said "in the 15 years he has worked at sprint, he has never seen an account be billed after the account was closed."
What a company Marcelo Claure runs. I switched for the terrible phone signal with sprint. After this, I will never consider switching to sprint even if sprint is the only cell phone service provider in the world and their service is free.
Sprint is an all around looser. Sprint is constantly ranked as the worst cell phone company. Since they can't improve their service and customer satisfaction to pay Marcelo's bonus, they resort to fraudulent activity
