An unwanted call from this Virgina VOIP number arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, the caller hung up. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) hate reaching answering devices while they are trolling the phones, desperately seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
Many posters report the caller is Medicare Seniors, possibly one of many Medicare crooks who collectively steal $60 billion per year from taxpayers by scamming the system. Telecriminals like this are the reason you should LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.
Called me four times today no message and I refused to pick up a call from an on known number. Look it up came across a bunch of people saying that it was about back conditions. I also looked it up on another site and it states the number doesn't exist. Usually they use an app that is for what is called spoofing anyone can get it on there phone for free! However to call people and use it for what it was not intended for as in calling people with fake information just to try to get money or any other information out of you is 100% illegal and should be reported to the FBI. I also get calls all the time from my local area code that I answered a few times & each time same person saying he is with a different co. All the time. If you have an iPhone you can just hit the ! After their number & block them even if you're on the do not call list all bug you anyway. It is annoying PLEASE DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR INFO TO ANYONE THAT CALLS FROM THAT # if they know your last or first name just say wrong #
Called said from Medicare Seniors, asking about my back pains since I have Medicare and would qualify for program. I said no.Man hung up, woman called back from same number within 2 minutes. Again Medical seniors working with a simple supplier in my local area.asking her which supplier and who they were - she hung up. Scammers
i get this call every day some times 3 times a day. i do not answer any call i can not identify . i leave message telling them to leave message. and i will call the back,,, they hang up with out leaving a message...its a scam.. don't answer any call unknown to you!!!
