My parents received same phone call from Bob from IRS saying if you do not call back, you will be arrested. My parents are elderly and never answer the phone if the number is not recognized. Oh they too are on do not call list but it hasn't cut down any calls.
received a phone message from Bob at IRS saying to call this number. He said that they had issued an arrest warrant and that I would be arrested today if I didn't call him back. He ended the call with "God bless" . Weird.
Received a call from this number, they left a message on my answering machine that they were the IRS and that i would be arrested today if i did not call back. Person's name was Ryan James.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
