The call came in on my cell phone early this morning... It was in the news a few weeks back that the FTC helped bust a LARGE number of people in the U.S. as well as in India (the Indian government helped there) for the IRS Tax scam. Looks like they get some people off the street and new ones are there to take their place. :(
