Caller couldn't even pronounce Internal Revenue Service correctly. Obviously non-english speaker. I told him I could trace the call and would see him in court... Laughed at him and hung up.

We got the same call from an Indian woman calming to be an IRS collector, after listening to her real bad acting skills to intimidate me I told her to go !**! herself an she wished me the same & she hung up. They have called back twice with a "no caller ID" so I called my carrier & had them add a block for thoes kind of #'s.
I got 2 or 3 calls from same number & caller ... He left voice mail on 4/07/15. He said from IRS & since I didn't respond to their mail or letter, they had to call me, & that I must reply immediately ... And that if I didn't, I would be responsible for consequences (or something like that). He advised I could get attorney & have attorney call them. The # he gave is non-working (same # he called from, 703-828-0604). My son called it & looked it up, said was scam.
Just wondering what that caller would gain by leaving non-working number anyway? Makes no sense. Pleasure in harassing others & trying to intimidate or threaten?? I wish he could be busted for this & get HIS consequences.
