SOBs! I received this "IRS putting a lien on my assets, if I didn't clear up my debts with the IRS" message 3 times today. At first, scared the crap out of me. I called the number, got a Indian accented person. I happen to be Indian and the caller recognized that and started asking me questions regarding my nationality and family history. No reference to the message. Quickly told me that I was cleared from this threat (in his broken english!) and then continued to ask me personal questions (which I refused to answer). He got very upset when I told him I caught on that it was a scam. Stupid people!!
I received I called from this low life scummy people, they said they were calling from the IRS, and that I was under default and had to call them clear up this matter. I tried calling today just to see what they would ask me but instead I got a recording saying "your called did not go through". This people are terrible, I know of one person who received a called like this one and got so upset (obviously he had something to hide) that he committed suicide. They are playing with people’s lives, they must be tracked down and stopped!!!
Same here.... They have called my house about 15 times in the last few days. Today this moron left a threatening message on my answering machine. Just ignore these scum bags......
