Received a phone message about I am being suit by a doctor this morning.
First, the heavy Indian accent woman did not mention name
Second, I don't owe any medical bill,
Third, if affidavit has been sent, the party should not contact me by any way.
Never call back for these kind of message.
Called and left a message to tell me there is a lawsuit filed in my name and that they've received a copy of an affidavit. Mentioned the "federal authorities" and to call them before "things go worse" against me.
Told me this number is their "hotline number" and that I shouldn't disregard this message otherwise it might end up in a legal something on my name. But is was nice of them to wish me a great day at the end.
Talk about using scare tactics! I will not be calling them back.
I get a message about a lawsuit from a Mr. James Brown, he just keep repeating "listen to me" that I owed 1300.67 dollars from 2009 2013 a tax on your person, trying to get my bank info. That if he did not received it a sheriff would be at my front door in 30 minutes. Let's see
