I keep getting calls from a guy saying he is looking for a Jessica because the debt collectors are after her. It is very hard to understand the caller because they have a heavy accent.
Harrassment calls from the above phone # telling me their is a lawsuit against me and that I will lose my house, my husband and children. I do not have a house, husband, or children. This [***] claimed his name is Jack Daniels. LOL
This company called me and gave me my personal information and said that I had a payday loan that i never had. Talking about that charges was being filed on me. I told him to send the information by mail and I would have someone have a look at it and get back to them, but he didn't want that. And then i told him to stop calling me if he couldn't send anything by mail and he told me that he was going to keep calling me
I received calls from this number, he calls himself James Carter, he even called my job but they told him to stop calling. I also asked for information to be mailed to be & my answer was no then he said an email was sent to me which it wasn't. I obtained some numbers for these loan companies & the rep said they started getting these calls about 6 months again, this is a scam, these people are trying to get your bank information. Listen for heavy accent in their voice & talk about court & suing. If a company wants to collect monies owed they will use a collection agency. Hope this helps
Someone this number 704-264-0262 keeps calling me too stating I stole money from some loan company and provided all my personal information...stating I was being taken to court...I knew they were lying beause 1 am too old and have a job and dont need to be stealing money for what! I advised them this was a prank and that I would call my lawyer...we will see if they call again who are they and how did they obtain my information is my question though I denied everthing he mention.
