Harrassment calls from the above phone # telling me their is a lawsuit against me and that I will lose my house, my husband and children. I do not have a house, husband, or children. This [***] claimed his name is Jack Daniels. LOL
I get the same calls and even contacted the police dept and was told the same "if anything happens pls let us know." Got a call today threatening my family so I called the police, again, and this time they finally took a report. Took advice from previous posting regarding contacting the FBI and so I did, which did me no good to call the governemnt because I was told that its up to the local police department. Great Government we have!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I called the Boone, NC police department and the address from a previous post is in their town, its a residence but the area code is from out of the Charlotte area. I left a message with a detective to call me back so we'll see if we can get those crazy ppl to quit calling us.
I also got a call today at work from a man that couldn't speak a dammn bit of english. He threated law suit against my name and a judgment agaist SS#. Called states attorney's office and i will be filing a police report. Glad to know i'm not the only one out there who is being harassed by these people.
I have been dealing with the same issue I have not ever answered the phone but they leave messages there are also some videos on YouTube with people who have been dealing with these people as well I would recommend everyone to check them out there are some differences but a lot of them are very similar
