Harrassment calls from the above phone # telling me their is a lawsuit against me and that I will lose my house, my husband and children. I do not have a house, husband, or children. This [***] claimed his name is Jack Daniels. LOL
We received a message on our business answering machine today from a very heavy accented indian man stating that my husband needed to contact them about an outstanding debt or he will be arrested. I called the phone number several times and received the message that the number was not in service. Finally I got through to the same man and he told me that if I did't pay him $630 they would arrest my husband on three counts of fraud for a pay day loan. They were not able to supply me with any information and that I needed to pay to settle out of court. He had my husbands last 4 digits of his social our personal bank account and routing #. The birth date had his month but my date and year.
I contacted my bank to make sure there was no odd activity they said that since this man had our acct # that the account was compromised and froze it until we open up another one this weekend.
FYI:::: If your worried about a direct deposit not hitting your account because you had to freeze and or close it the bank will forward your direct deposit to your new acct. We are going to pursue this further, we are going to file a police report.

I have been recieving these calls from these [***] for the last couple of months. I did not answer cause it shows up from an unknown number on my cell. Everytime they leave a message the say there name is Andrew, Troy, Adrianne or some kind of strong American name but, they are clearly Indian. ( Have you seen the Capital One commercial where the big husky guy says his name is Peggy?) These guys are similar. I finally called them back after my work told me that they had recieved several calls from these people claiming that I had done something unlawful that would reflect bad on the company. They where very rude claiming that I had taken out a loan through my email ( which has recently been corrupted and I had to change my passworrd ). They said that this loan was from CASH ADVANCE. I have never used cash advance so I don"t know who they are talking about. They had all of my personal info DOB, SS, ADDRESS, CELL PHONE, WORK PHONE, even a bank account that I closed out over 6 months ago. When I asked them for the original collectrs phone number or address they said that they would not give me that info. I told them that I have a right to that information. He said we will see how you feel when you can't see your kids or husband and have no job. Then he hung up on me. I called him back to ask for more information ( I mean after all these guys told me that I am facing all kind of charges). He answered the phone again but this time his name had changed and he hung up again as soon as I started asking for more info and mentioned the FCC. (((((( This message is for Blank. Hey Blank this Message is for you! This is ( some american name) blah blah blah as the series of events unfold on you I wish you luck. If any of this sounds familiar tell them to get lost.
yes they have called me and i told them i would report to FBI and they screamed at me and hung up so I am filing a report with the FBI here is the address to go to www.IC3.gov and file a report this is the white collar department of the FBI
