Called, didn't answer because I don't live in the 704 area, I live in 828, so no one from 704 should be calling me for any legitimate reason. No message left.

Recorded message saying press 1 to stop a 14% increase in my electric rate.  I interpret that to men press 1 to be scammed!

I got a call from 704-967-7888 didn't answer they left no message and this was shortly after getting a call from 903-326-9521 stating they were the irs had an arrest warrant out for me ..  They wanted personal info i wouldn't give it hung up..  I called the 704 number back from my office with in 3 minutes of them calling to get a recording the number has been disconnected!!  Be careful

Called. They claimed to be from IRS. Don't fall for it.
