I also went to BCBS site for health insurance. I get calls 7-days a week from 8:02am til' 9:46pm ! I have 6 double sided pages of phone numbers that have called.
Noticed 14 missed calls within a span of 15 minutes on Monday morning and the calls have not stopped. They ask for Mr X.
I say there's no one by that name here and that act continued for the first day. Since they I have said I have said I am Mr X and I already got health insurance from them and I am happy now, hoping they would remove me. But No!
American Health Solutions is the name they claim. I can hear lots of people in the background all talking on the phone.
Sorry, but mostly they all _seem_ to be African American women who are on the line.
I saw a gentleman on this site list additional numbers for this same company, here are more to add to your phone list. I received a call from the 408-874-8326.
I did not answer the call and IMMEDIATELY received another, and another and another. I never answered but looked at all the numbers. I called 4 of them back, they all asked for the same person -- Diana and Dana.
This morning, before ten, I have received 22 calls from many of these numbers. I saw the list below and within 10 minutes I had received 3 calls from numbers listed. While I was on the phone with one of the numbers, another called in. I told the gentleman to remove my name from the list that I had received (at the time) 18 calls in an hour and a half, he said -- 10 more and you get the free trip to Disney. NO THANKS!!! They continue to call.
