same here. Have called two days now over 30 times or more. 15 since 8 am this morning alone. I'd seriously beat ones [***] if I could get my hands on them.
tried talking with a BCBS agent, as my employer had their employees covered by BCBS, then, I looked at ACA, the affordable care act, then over 50 calls a day and evening started to come in, complete and total harassment.
