These people were stalking us too.. File a police report then give the report number to your phone company.. They will go in and block the Real number they are calling from..
This is the same solar company that had called me 69 times under the name "PETALUMA CA".
I was gone on vacation for 6 days & noticed "ST HELENA CA" had called me 11 times & figured it had to be the same solar maggots & was correct. Blocked now. I have blocked their 6 other numbers.

I've been harassed by this number and 707-238-4098 for over 45 days, with up to 7 or 8 calls a day.
I'm going to seek legal action. This has caused a huge disturbance for my family.
I've asked them to remove me multiple times, I'm on the do not call list. If it continues, I'm going to find out where this company is located, and there's going to be serious consequences.
Here is an interesting wrinkle on the telemarketing activity coming from 707-200-7673. This is actually a legitimate phone number assigned to a doctor's office in St. Helena, CA. I called the number back after being robo-called this morning. The nice lady who answered said that she has been getting calls from around the North Bay area for some time now and is working with their phone provider to figure out what's going on.
I informed her that the telemarketers who sell for the "National Renewable Energy Center" have been spoofing that phone number. Hopefully that will prove to be useful in shutting these charlatans down.
Same here. What's the purpose, I wonder? No messages left, no one on the end of the line. Does the robot calling company have money to burn? These calls are several times a day. Now I pick up the phone and just not answer, but let it burn up minutes. Hope it's costing them a fortune
