Person claims to be representing Paypal as a debt collection agency, but
would not give name of their agency, and is collecting a debt.
I called Paypal and don't owe anything. They told me to
report the number to the Fraud Dept. This is a scam caller.
They spoofed a local area code to call me but then said
they were calling from Illinois.
