Completely unprofessional claiming to be from an organization called "Community Outreach" soliciting ad space for local schools. After asking pointed questions and telling her I wasn't interested in advertising, she said "I wouldn't want to put your ugly face on anything anyway" and hung up on me. Completely fraudulent spam caller in my opinion without any verifiable organization association.
You indicated you have no interest in what they're "offering", which of course is an attempt to steal personal and financial details from you. Therefore their final chance to anger you is by dishing out childish insults.
