I didn't answer, but name on caller ID was Chicago Heig, IL

the gentleman said he was calling on behalf of a title verification company named "heritage pacific."

the person said they were contracted by a third party

person  named  Brian  who stated they were  an "attorney"  but we're contacted by a third party and the  third party needed  to get in contact with me.  Very Odd!!

He wanted me to return his call at "866 twelve-fifty seventeen forty-nine."  Strange that a professional would get his phone number incorrect.
