I have been receiving the same calls daily, telling me that I need to call TODAY, me or my lawyer to resolve a matter where my personal information has been compromised. Some of the calls are from an area 45 mins away from where I live in Arkansas, and the others are from Alabama, Colorado, and Tennessee with the SAME voice robotic recording, pretty much demanding you to make contact.
I posted the info earlier, see my post above here and file those complaints and every time they call! Links are in my post above.. :) The FTC and FCC should also receive reports of these calls!

I just got off the phone with FCC and I filed a new report with the new number on the IC3.gov website. Last week it was scary this week it is getting annoying! If everyone that receives phone call from these numbers reports them maybe we can get them to stop.
I called CashNet USA last week, that is who supposidly is filing the charges against me. They have never heard of me! I had to file a report with there Legal Fraud Division. The lady informed me this is not how they do business and it is a Fake Debt Collector.
Tamianth - you used Cashnetusa before? That has to be how they are receiving our information - I have used them too - and have received the same messages from: 612.354.4073 hoewver they have the wrong name and keep calling my cell and home number!!!! I checked my credit report, i have nothing outstanding :-(

Funny thing is, you don't lose your rights if you go to court... That's how stupid these ppl are!! All a scam and they are calling me now at 6:30 in the morning and I don't know how to stop these ppl
