I have been receiving the same calls daily, telling me that I need to call TODAY, me or my lawyer to resolve a matter where my personal information has been compromised. Some of the calls are from an area 45 mins away from where I live in Arkansas, and the others are from Alabama, Colorado, and Tennessee with the SAME voice robotic recording, pretty much demanding you to make contact.
802088180607. Automated recording saying that they are from the Process of the Summons Division and that 2 charges for fraudulent activity are about to be filed against me. Gave me a case number and the above number to call back and that I needed to talk to the legal department. Called the number back and surprise no one answers the phone.
Same exact message. I called back and the lady said it was I reference to a payday loan from some company I never heard of. I told her to mail me the information and she said she needed my address. She proceeded to argue with me. I just hung up on them. I've been blocking and registered with the do not call registry but it does not work. Everyday sometimes two to three times. Somebody needs to stop them.
Got this call a few minutes ago from 804-420-4838. Called back immediately because i know I've committed no crime and wanted the issue resolved. The number was a non working number! Smells like a scam to me!
