i beleave there is if you have the list and the time they called report it to your local authorities do to the fact that they can trace it down and have the persons local authorites contact them for harassment
The person on the phone told me that I had won a free $1000.00 shopping spree because I had been automatically entered into a drawing because I used a Visa or Mastercard while shopping at Wal-mart. However, I only use my cards at restaurants or to order something offline through a secured website, so I knew it was a scam. He wanted my name and address and then he asked for my ccredit card number. The next voice he heard on the line was the dial tone.
These [***] have been calling me every day. When you call the number back it sounds almost like a fax machine. The one time I answered they offered a $1000 shopping spree to anywhere as well as a $25 gas card. He talked about other free stuff and if I didn't like it I could cancel. Cancel what? I didn't buy anything nor will I give you any more information then what you have already (name, phone, address). WTF! How do we stop this!!!!
