Who called from 7124290367

I got a call from this number, no message left.  When I returned it, there was some automated system saying it was DNC (Do Not Call) and asking me to enter my phone number.  I hung up without doing it.
Does anyone have any information about this?

got a call and message from this number, something about mortage rates, blah,blah.  I hung up.  wonder if I could get this number block from my cell phone.

I got the same number, pleaseI need to know how to block this number or take my number out of the list.

I got a call on this number on my cell.  No message was left.  I did not even recognize the area code.

I just got a call from this number on my cell and it was registered as data call.
