I just got a call from this number too, on my work phone. Since I work for the government, I guess the government doens't mind paying for the call since the government was the one who gave the green light to telemarketers to call cell phones. It was some offer about a mortgage.
I've gotten at least 3 calls from them to my house and cell phone. 2 calls to my cell phone just this week. I wonder if they got a hold of the DNC list somehow listing all of our numbers. That seems to be a common theme among all the posters. I smell class-action...
I had a phone call from this number and when i answered nobody was there, so I clicked back over to talk to my fiancee, and so I got off the phone with her to call them back it said this number is not accepting phone calls.... talk about wierd, and this was on my cell phone.
