Do not call me back

The past two days I have been harassed with the following calls to my home - and they are unknown and unsolicited...I have told 2 of them not to call my number again, but they call using a different number each time, apparently.  One number I called back was"no longer in service..." fastest I've ever seen anyone ditch a phone service - a matter of like 20 seconds??!! Anyway, here are the numbers that I am having to have come through my cell now that our prestigious elected officials are lawfully allowing these harrassers to call our cell phones:
1-712-930-4871; 1-820-654-8929; 1-360-633-1040; 1-561-672-7797.  Is there a way to restrict these idiots from calling on our celll phones?  One even got thru my land line the other day...amazing.
Also, Do Not Call register won't accept any complaint for 31 days after you register with them!!!

Repeated calls. When I call back, message says the number is disconnected.  It's my cell nuber that is being called, and I don't know how to block certain numbers like I do on my land line.  Any suggestions?

I am getting the same phone calls form several different numbers. Here is just a short list of alias's they go by. Shawn Michaels, Richard Andreas, Dale Watson, John Watson, John Anderson, Patrick ? Brian King, David Watson, Eddy Smith Etc... They claim Me or my husband owe them money. We reported them to the police but they will not do anything. So my husband and I have started calling these so called debt collectors and doing the same thing to them they are doing to us. I have also told them I was an attorney when they call.  They just hang up!!  I am LMAO at these people, It is just a scam and they are getting away with it. So my advice to you is Give them hell when they call.  Laugh at them call them names, and by all means call them back and harass them! It makes my day when they call cause I just have a field day with there a**! After a while they will start using different numbers. I have wrote down everyone that they call from so I can call them on a regular basis and after normal business hours. These people keep calling 8 or more times a day is there anyway I can block these call from my cell starting to get on my nerves
