Ditto Sugar Land report above: Called my cell. Did not answer. Also received a call immediately afterwards from 713-403-2001. I'm a bit reluctant to report either number because it might have been my dermatologist's office callingm me back. Sometimes outgoing numbers register on caller i.d.'s differently than the incoming numbers that we dial. I will check back here and see if anyone else reports this number and and was expecting a call from their derm too!
I recieved 3 calls back to back just now on my cell from this number. No message was left. I called this number from a land line, chose 1 to speak to a "live specialist", a lady comes on the line and immediately asks me "how many vehicles would you like me to quote insurance on?" I ask what this campany is called and she said "Insurance Center". I said I did NOT want a quote but I DO want to stop receiving calls from them. She apologized and said she would personally removed me from the call out list. We will see if she really did it.
Called my cell @ 1:30PM. I did not answer. They did leave a recorded message something to effect of if I wanted to save money on auto insurance press 1 or to be removed from the list, press 3. If, I would have answered, which would have been by accident, I still wouldn't have pressed 3. Most of these morons DO NOT remove you from their list! That just tells them they have a "Live" number & they can continue to call or sell the "Live" number to some other scumbag!
Received a call from this number. I got PHONE TRAY, which I read about from another poster. Man, it's FANTASTIC!!. It will delete a caller after only one ring and you can have it delete every call autromatically from certain area codes that use a lot of different numbers to call you from that same area code, and there's no limit to the number of calls you can block, either. I wish I had known about this before I went out and bought a Panasonic phone that lets you zap 30 calls. I reached that limit in about 2 weeks!!!
